Are you single and fabulous? Wanting to #TreatYoSelf for Valentine’s Day?
Are you tired of your significant other getting you duds for gifts?
Are you confused and don’t know what to get for the fabulous people in your life?
WELL… YOU’VE COME TO RIGHT PLACE!
You’re bound to come across something you like on this list. Heck, make your life easier - and just send this out as your Valentine’s Day gift wishlist. Here are a few lovely items to make V-Day a damn good day.
#1 roses that last one year
At first, I never understood the hype behind these roses that come in a box… but after seeing some in person, I’ve become a convert. They’re beautiful, almost out of this world. They work very well as decor for a room, like a fine vasé. A real fine vasé… that smells good. Not to mention, they last long enough until the next Valentine’s Day comes around. My personal picks would be Rosé Gold or Gold, with Hot Pink or Royal Blue for more traditional colors.
#2 Godiva’s Chocolate Covered Strawberries
There is something magical about chocolate covered strawberries from Godiva, their chocolate pairs well with Strawberries compared to your typical local grocery store chocolates. I’d even say they beat edible arrangements chocolate strawberries. If you a real one, you’ll get two boxes instead of one. They’re just that good!
#3 Heart Shaped iPhone Charging Bag Charm
A cute, but functional gift. Made easy. Typically, bag charms are just cute. But for one to have the ability to charge your phone (that isn’t a tassel charm) is a bit out of the ordinary.
#4 A Cute V-Day Outfit
Here are a couple of suggestions for a few V-Day looks, got options for every occasion. Lounging around for a movie night, going out to paint the town red (no pun intended), or out for a daytime adventure. These sets make it easier to style the look as well.
• Kick Back and Relax Lounge Set (Pink) from Nasty Gal: Whole Set
• Cami Co-Ord Skirt Set (Red) from Missguided: Whole Set
• Knitted Stripe Pencil Skirt Set (Purple) from Missguided: Bottom // Top
• Skyline View Sweater Set (Red) from Shop Akira: Bottom // Top
• Sweet Dreams Fuzzy Set (Pink & Purple) from Shop Akira: Bottom // Top
#5 V-DAY Themed Eye Palette
Guess what… not only are they chocolate themed, but they smell like chocolate too. This is because some of the colors are made with Cocoa powder - how neat is that?!
Typically, I’m not out hunting for shoes for Valentine’s Day. But just in case, here are a few that are great starters to help complete a V-Day outfit you got in mind.
#7 A luxury Bag
If you want to eat a winner chicken dinner, then this is what you need to get your hands on. A luxury bag. I’d say it’s almost neck and neck with fine jewelry depending on your taste. However, luxury bags can get quite expensive, you can try 3rd party sellers and retailers that offer them at more affordable prices. If you happen to know someone who works at the store you want to go, maybe they can offer you a discount.
#8 Compartes Chocolate Bar
These designer chocolates get an A+ for aesthetic and novelty. There are 382,482 different flavors to pick from, so you’re bound to come across one that you love. But, if you’re looking for some guaranteed tasty chocolate without the guess work and you find yourself in New Mexico, stop by Shugarman’s Little Chocolate Shop.
#9 Spa Day
This one is pretty good, but hard to pick because there are so many spa’s and not all of them are created equal. Most definitely do your research, Yelp is a good start. Also check out Trip Advisor and Groupon! I also like to check the Google Reviews of a place too to get another point of view of where I’m going or who I should request. Make sure you pick a spot that has nice, clean, and inviting decor versus a spot in an office building. Not that those can’t be relaxing, they typically end up having more of a sterile vibe instead of relaxing. You’ve been warned.
That concludes this fabulous list of gift ideas! May your Valentine’s Day be filled with love.
