What is the Return + Exchange Policy?

Returns and refunds are not permitted at this time. Exchanges are available on a case-by-case basis within' 7 days of purchase, item must not be unworn and unused. Past 7 days, Benita The Diva is no longer responsible for exchanges. Buyer is responsible for shipping if an exchange is agreed upon. 

do you restock items that are sold out?

Nope. Negatory. I do not re-make or re-stock items. The fact that there are only one to a handful of these items out there is apart of what makes them special. You can sign up for email updates to get notified when new items are available in the shop. But, you'll need to move with the quickness! 🏃🏾‍♀️💨

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping is available. 

When will my item ship?

Within' 2 - 3 business days of order. If you need an item by a certain date, contact me. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update once tracking is received. 

Shipping is non-refundable. Items are inspected with a fine tooth comb (not literally) before shipping out. Broken and damaged packages are insured through USPS, but lost or stolen packages are another story. Benita The Diva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please contact your local USPS for assistance regarding missing packages
