Do you restock items that are sold out?

Typically, no. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Depending on the demand, we may release another small batch of that item type, but even then - it won’t be an exact copy.

A variant of that item may be created, but not an exact carbon copy of it will be replicated - even if a custom order is placed. We take pride in being able to give our clients a peace of mind that what they order will be uniquely their own.

There is a piece that I like in stock, but it’s not available in my size. Can you make another to fit me?

We cannot create an exact replica, but we can create something similar for you. Just request a custom order.

What is the process for custom orders?

Custom orders are a collaboration with the client. Once a custom order request is accepted, we will send an email with quote based on the client’s specifications. In order to proceed with the project, a deposit is required (and goes towards the cost of the project). Deposits are final. Once the deposit is received, a draft is created of what the project will potentially look like and must be approved by the client before proceeding. Once the vision is finalized and approved, construction begins.

How long do custom orders take?

3 to 8 weeks depending on the project. Expedited times are available for an additional fee.

How do I ship my piece to you to be customized?

After you have submitted a custom order request and it has been approved, we will reach out to coordinate shipping of your item. Please do not ship anything to us without coordinating it first, we are not liable for lost shipments and we want to make sure it arrives safely!
